No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Each entry received has an equal chance to win. Sweepstakes may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by FashionContest.Net, guvano.com, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations. Sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations, including on-line or via email offerings, by different organizations. To enter on-line, follow directions displayed on-line. To enter, follow instructions and respond by the deadline date(s) stated, or if no deadline date is stated, by the final closing date of Jan/1/2011. Mail entries must be postmarked and on-line and phone in entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) of the deadline date. FashionContest.Net is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail, hardware or software failures, lost, unavailable, failed or delayed computer transmissions or any error which may occur in the receipt/processing or storage of entries.

Sweepstakes sponsored by guvano.com, Inc. and open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), their territories and possessions. Employees and members of the immediate families of employees of guvano.com, Inc., its affiliated or subsidiary companies, the presenting organizations, independent judging organization, and judging agents are not eligible. Entries are not transferable except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. guvano.com reserves the right to terminate or modify the sweepstakes or on-line portion if at any time the guvano.com on-line service is no longer available or if any fraud, virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond guvano.com's control corrupts the administration or security of the promotion. In either of these events, prizes may be awarded based on entries received prior to date of termination and mail and phone entries received as of the closing date.

Winners are selected by a series of random drawings from eligible entries received, conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner will be determined on or about Feb/1/2011.

Consumer Disclosure/Award Rules: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. guvano.com, Inc. reserves the right to substitute similar merchandise of equal or greater value if a particular merchandise prize is no longer available to guvano.com.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, city and state of residence in advertising and promotional materials unless prohibited by law. Winners may also be requested to consent to the use of their signatures, photographs and likeness in advertising and promotional materials unless prohibited by law. All taxes and fees, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by mail within 30 days of the drawing and may be required to execute a Statement of Eligibility and Release within 30 days of prize notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a Canadian participant qualifies to win this prize, she/he will be asked to return by mail, her/his correct answer to a skill-testing question involving general knowledge, in order to be declared a winner and receive her/his prize. Prize won by a person under the age of 18 will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian. No transfer or assignment of prizes permitted. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the USA.
